Budesliga: Germany's Top League To Return May 15 Amid Covid-19 Pandemic
Germany's top league would soon be receiving approval to resume on May 15 as the government is ready to fix measures to reduce the restrictions placed due to the coronavirus, Diamond Hub 101 reports.
A teleconference with Chancellor Angela Merkel has been scheduled for Wednesday to discuss measures to be put in place to ease the restrictions.
The state premiers are expected to resume matches under conditions that fans will not be allowed in the stadiums. Large shops are expected to re-open on May 11.
Clubs has started going back to training since April with restrictions ahead of a full return to training and games this month.

The restart could look odd, as players would be faced with the possibility of playing with masks and not being able to touch each other during celebrations.
