Women's Champions League: Asisat Oshoala Fires Barcelona Forward In The Women's Champions League

Nigeria's Super Falcons forward, Asisat Oshoala, has struck again for Barcelona as she scored the first goal for the club in the UEFA Women's Champions League on Thursday. She did not stop there as she also provided a wonderful assist for the third goal.

Barcelona was the better side as the match pitting them with Minsk, in which Super Falcons Ogbiagbevha plays, ended 5-0.

Asisat Oshoala found the back of the net just six minutes in the first half. Marta Torres, Aitana Bonmati (who scored two goals) and Jennifer Hermoso also helped in pushing the club forward for the win.

Mariona Caldentey could have extended the lead a bit further but missed a penalty in the first half of the game.

The Spanish Ladies will be going to Belarus for the second leg of the Round of 16 matches with a huge advantage.
